Emolium P Tri-active cream
Emolium P tri-active cream is recommended for emolient care of very dry, hypersensitive and itchy skin. Due to the combination of patented active ingredients, it rapidly softens and calms the skin, compensates lipid deficit in the cornified layer of epidermis, and long-lastingly restores the skin’s water-lipid balance. It acts on multiple layers:

Usage:
Apply a thin layer of the cream on a thoroughly cleaned skin. It gives best results when used at least twice a day.
Active substances:
Stimu-Tex®
Wax prepared in the extraction of barley brewer’s gains. It has antipuritic properties and regenerates damaged skin cells.
Evosina® Na2GP
Derivative of usnic acid withproven antibacterial properties. It limits the number of skin gram-positive bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus (staph aureus).
Polidocanol
Belongs to the group of polyalkylene glycolic ethers. Due to its topical anesthetic activity it relieves the pain and has antipuritic properties.
Corn oil triglyceride
Obtained from cold-pressed corn seed oil. They protect skin from inflammatory conditions, possess anti-itching and anti-irritation properties. Due to the linolic acid content, they strengthen lipid barrier of the epidermis, grease the skin and limit transepidermal water lost (TEWL). They improve elasticity and resilience of the epidermis.
Sodium hyaluronate
It penetrates into the skin and it efficiently protects it from the harmful effects of external factors. It binds water in the skin and provides an appropriate environment for differentiating keratinocytes. Additionally, it creates a protective film on the skin’s surface, which consists a protection against water loss from the cells.
Panthenol
Panthenol perfectly penetrates through the epidermis into the deep layers of the dermis. It is a strong stimulator of cellular growth and renewal of both epidermis and dermis cells. It speeds up synthesis of lipids and proteins. Stimulates proliferation of the epidermis cells, speeds up processes of healing of micro- and macroabrasions caused by mechanical factors, as well as by sunburns and skin diseases. It soothes irritations and unpleasant symptoms accompanying the allergic skin diseases.
Canola oil
Plant oil containing mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Rich in vitamin E. It possesses a strong anti-irritation and anti-inflammatory action. Soothes and oils.
Paraffin oil
Liquid paraffin, mixture of solid, saturated hydrocarbons. It has an occlusive action by creating a protective film on the skin surface, protecting it from the water lost. It softens, moisturizes and smoothens the epidermis.
